At present we produce about 30 forms and standard sizes both series cylinder sleeves and cases made to our customer's specifications. KTD produces both raw and incandesced cases with the plano-apical and equal-apical honing of working surface and the mechanochemical treatment. Kievtractorodetal makes both blank castings, and annealed bush sleeves of barrels using a specially formulated microstructure and with antifriction coverings made to the specifications of our customers. We continue to be pioneers in this technology, and as such, international patents and copyrights protect many of our methods. The casting of bush sleeves of barrels is made at the high-performance installation in molds on our Rotolit automatic foundry line using a method of the centrifugal casting with the liquid thermal insulation coating that we license from Renault. We adhere to strict quality control guidelines starting from incoming materials which are inspected by our quality control department, which consists of four well-equipped labs:

· quantometrical lab;
· chemical lab;
· metallographical lab;
· measuring lab.

Our bush sleeves and pistons are certificated using the UkrSEPRO system.

Battery cartridges range in size from 70 to 130 mm for batch production and from 50 to 200 mm for small-scale production. Our bush sleeves and pistons are used in automobiles: Lada, VAZ, GAZ, UAZ, KaMAZ, KrAZ, ZAZ; tractors: UMZ-6, MTZ 80/82, T-70, T-54; excavators: E-304V, E-302B, E-303B, EO-3111 V/G; combines: Niva, Sibiryak, Yenisei. Our cylinder sleeves are used in the automobiles of the Venyukovsky Fittings plant, GAS, UAZ, KaMAZ, KrAZ, ZAZ, tractors YUMZ, MTZ -80/82, T -70, T -54, T -150K, excavators E -304V, E -302B, E -303B, YEO-eyyy V/g, combines cornfield, Siberian, Yenisey, Don; bimetallic cylinders are used on the tractors VTZ, the automobiles ZAZ, the motorcycles IZH, Jupiter, MT. and Planet.
